28/02/2002:   Incorporated under the Business Registration Certificate No.

                     21.02.000213 issued the Ministry of  Planning and Investment.

25/04/2002:   Carton packaging plant begins operation.

01/06/2004:   Instant Noodles plant is commissioned

01/01/2005:   Wheat milling plant with the initial milling capacity of 150TpD (line A) begins production.

01/01/2008:   The carton packaging plant is relocated.

09/12/2008:   Representative office of Tien Hung JSC is established in Hanoi.

01/01/2009:   Line B (milling capacity of 100TpD) comes online.

01/11/2009:   Line C (milling capacity of 100TpD) comes online.

01/11/2010:   Line D (milling capacity of 150TpD) comes online. Total milling capacity at Bac Ninh

                     plant is 500TpD.

01/05/2013:  Second milling plant at Dinh Vu Industrial Zone, Haiphong begins production with the initial

                    milling capacity of 200TpD.
